Verge needs reinstating

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 16:17, Mon 10 January 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Since some electrical works were carried out at Freeland House Nursing Home, the grass verge from Pigeon House Lane to the entrance to the Nursing Home has been dug up and not reinstated to its previous condition - it is now a muddy mess, and needs reseeding properly. This verge originally had lots of daffodil and snowdrop bulbs planted in it, now it's been left in an unacceptable state. The Parish Council are keen to encourage biodiversity in the village and would like to request that this be reseeded with wildflower seeds that includes Yellow Rattle. If this cannot be done then perhaps some financial contribution can be made so that the PC can carry out the work. Thanks.
