Road surface in very poor state causing cyclists to avoid or fall off

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 10:55, Monday 10 January 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Instead of leaving the main road at the pelican crossing, as indicted by the cycle signs (which then means dismounting at the crossing and giving way to pedestrians at the crossing, then waiting for an opportunity to cross Latimer road (as the cycle path has 'give way' lines) I stay on London road on my bike, and attempt to cycle onto the cycle path just beyond Latimer road - but the road is in such poor repair at this junction, I need to either swing into the car lane, or endure the cycle ride over some of the worst surface on my route, all the way from Risinghurst to Jericho.
