Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Several days over Xmas and still c 8 lamps on Mably Way ( between Mably Grove estate entrance and Grove Science Park roundabout) have been out. Dangerous for walkers and impacts local Mably Grove houses security as lights on road provide only light. Trust your letter giving people nearby a discount on rates and a guarantee that if we are burgled you’ll pick up losses?
