Light out on dark footpath

Light in dark alley/footpath is out making the footpath very very dark :( I walk on this footpath/secluded alleyway from Long Furlong Primary School towards Dunmore Road/Tilsley Park Traffic lights - the light is out just after the first bend on the footpath.
