The condition of the cobbled area next to the Town Hall has become very dangerous with loose cobbles and holes where cobbles are missing which are a trip hazard. The Highway Boundary Plan shows that maintenance of the cobbles by the green entrance door to the Town Hall is the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council.
