Street light not working at all

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Dull orange emitted from luminaire but no illumination whatsoever. The entire turning head is in darkness.

  • Ref: 608909 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • The light has been replaced, however, it is now permanently on, day & night. Please can this be fixed. They fixed the one at the start of the close, which only comes on at night.
