Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Priority has always been for traffic coming out of Milton Heights village. A near on accident was witnessed today from a hgv not giving way from Potash lane and nearly in collision with a car coming out of the village. Signs have been removed so no one gives way. I myself have had vehicles do this to me frequently. Please can some signs or road markings be put in place ASAP as to clarify who has priority?
