Shutford road-Drains and pipework blocked, road flooded

Every time there is heavy rain, this junction floods due to the drain being blocked and presumably the pipework under the road is also blocked or too small to allow rainwater to flow into the culverts on the Swalcliffe Lea Road. It is dangerous for vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians as the road is half blocked by deep water which flows down the Swalcliffe Lea road. Pictures show less water than normal as it had subsided by the time it was light enough to take pictures this morning.
