Street light not working by the cut through to the gym, this has been out for months.

  • Please replace with accurately directed LED to reduce light pollution and global warming. We value the accurate direction of illumination. The limited amount of sideways scatter, and the limited glare from a distance, all help road safety, and pedestrian safety. We would prefer to see the stars, not street-lamp glare. The zero upward wastage is one step toward being able to see the stars properly again. The use of LEDs reduces global warming. Thank you.

  • Ref: 608932 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
