Street Light needs new bulb/Fixing

Street Light has very little Light I reported this earlier and you said it was privately owned which i disagree. This is clearly on the footpath which was Old Bix Road by the Phone Box and outside of any private land Please look into this again!

Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
