Manhole Problem

Three sections of the road surface outside Avondale Thame Road and just before the bridge over the brook, causing excessive house shaking and noise with the middle to heavy vehicles passing. Video evidence can be supplied if required, progressing getting worse for the past 2 months. There are 2 problems on the oxford bound side and 1 on the Thame bound side. Oxford Bound. There is a Manhole cover which seems to have sunk slightly with a lose of tarmac around the manhole. Just before this section a pervious repair which has left the surface with a bump. Thame bound a sunken section of a previously repaired section also has the start of a pot hole.
