Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Only street light in Little acreage ,not working ,only slight flickering red light .no other lights in close Situated on pavement outside no 5 . Has been faulty for approx 2 weeks Thank you

  • Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • Good morning Any update on the light , please? I think it probably needs a new bulb only. It is now around 6 weeks since we reported last.

  • Any UPDATE please? Please note that the faulty light is still not been repaired as yet . It is now over 6 weeks since it first reported. I think it probably only needs a new bulb. Can you please give us your current turn around time ?
