Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

So...nearly 3 months later and this is still not working. Did the job get logged and can we now have it repaired as soon as possible. Many thanks
