  • Ref: 00395532 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.

  • So...nearly 3 months later and this is still not working. Did the job get logged and can we now have it repaired as soon as possible. Many thanks
