Street light not working across bus stop

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The light is across the road from bus no. 2's Oxford Parkway bus stop, heading to Kidlington (main road between Oxford and Kidlington). At night, bus drivers have trouble seeing people at the bus stop waving to try and catch the bus.

  • Ref: 00395484 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system which is in the process of being replaced. Our termed contractor will aim to have this repaired within the next 4 weeks. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local electricity network operator to attend.
