Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

With reference to the above problem highlighted earlier this year, there is now water flowing down the side of the road that would suggest that due to heavy traffic being launched over the hump already identified that again the road surface drainage pipe has been damaged. As has happened on previous occasions the road becomes dangerous in freezing conditions resulting in accidents.
