Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

They have now put so many tables, goods, and a free standing outside heater right on the corner into South Parade. A double pushchair, wheelchair, blind or severely partial sighted would have great difficulty negotiating the area and may have to use the road in a wheelchair or pushchair.
