Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a buddleia outside 12 Laburnum Rd in North Hinksey. It was cut back by county council last year but has grown back again. Can it be removed or cut back again please.

  • Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, by 12 Laburnum Road, see photos, and assessed the issue that you have identified. I have requested a 28 day notice be sent to the owners of 12 Laburnum Road, to cut back their vegetation overgrowing and obstructing the Laburnum Road footpath.

  • Thank you for your report. I have re-visited this site and noted that this vegetation has been blown or knocked over and is no longer overgrowing and obstructing the footpath. Whilst there I cut back the small amount of vegetation that was our responsibility, see latest photos. I am therefore closing this report.
