  • Oxfordshire County Council funds for tree management are limited to health and safety works. The Council is neither obliged by Law, nor will it carry out, works solely to alleviate problems arising from: Falling leaves, honeydew, sap, fruit, nuts, seeds, bird droppings or blossom. We do however look to see if there are any appropriate statutory works we can carry out to the tree on these occasions which may go some way to alleviating the problem. Unfortunately, there are no statutory works appropriate that can be undertaken on this occasion.
    Many thanks for your enquiry
