Street lamp near the end of the pedestrian cut bulb is not working. Location near 44 Riley Close.

  • Streetlighting have assessed....resident needs to cut back foliage to allow access.....trees team need to attend, or post vegetation notice.

  • This streetlamp is still not working, This poses potential for harm to the public.

    Please explain why no action has been taken by the authority responsible for it's repair.

    I believe that OCC have this responsibility, I fail to understand why this repair has still not been completed.

  • Sorry to hear of this issue, i have sent a priority order to our contractors to rectify this issue. Looking at the photo however we will need some assistance from the resident of this property to cut back the base of the hedge as our contractors wont be able to safely isolate the lantern to replace or repair it. The hedge will be private and not highway

  • The hedge has been cut around the lamp. The lamp can easily be isolated. Please update your contractors.
