Unauthorised white lines/graffiti causing dangerous chaos

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
There has been some lines painted on the road surface which appear to be unauthorised parking spaces, simply graffiti! I have spoken to the planning department and they know nothing about it. My request is for them to be removed asap before there is an accident! These lines are causing chaos: 1. When in use (they are twice a day at school drop/pick up times) the vehicles parked block emergency vehicles from access to Church Cottage no15 and to the Church St Marys also refuge collection vehicles. (see pics) 2. They are too small and vehicles can not use them anyway (see pics) 3. This is a heavily used mixed pedestrian and cars area and someone is going to be hurt badly. I've witnessed at least 3 occasions in the last week where a child was almost run down. 4. Before the infernal lines the natural order that prevailed was far safer and has been working like that as long as I know, over 12 years (I live in the Cottage). 5. No consultation or warning was given to us, nor to St Church, nor to the village Parish Council. No one seems to have authorised it anywhere I've asked! All I know is that the work was done by a company called "Keir" as that was on one of the vans? Please remove these lines/graffiti as soon as possible. Blessings
