Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the public footpath (5k blue line walk) which runs parallel between Vulcan View OX26 4AD and Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, streetlights 14, 22, 3 and 1 are still not working. It’s dangerous as extremely dark.
