Road closure

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This road has been closed again for a planned two and a half weeks. Given that it was closed for a couple of weeks in August how can this be acceptable? I haven't looked this time but in August work in the area seemed infrequent, surely the closure of main route from west Oxford to Abingdon should be kept to a minimum and work completed day and night?
