Big branch over foot path
Reported via desktop anonymously at 10:49, Wed 24 November 2021
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Branch, approx 1 foot in diameter, appears to have come down much lower, following that great gust, recently. It spans over a foot path on the western end close to Jubillee Lake, and the branch appears to be supported on bushes on the other side of the path

I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local Town Council and not by the County Council. We endeavour to transfer this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
Many Thanks for your enquiry.
