Streetlight bulb blown

Streetlight is not working again it was fixed and worked but has stopped working and it makes it very dark and unable to see especially when driving, it’s worrying in case of crashes, there also is a vulnerable resident who lives outside the street light who isn’t mentally aware and lives by his own so it is very worrying for him
