Temporary Traffic Lights (Again)

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Once again, the temporary traffic lights have appeared. They seem to move up and down this road on a regular basis - one day in Weston on the Greeen, one day by the mobile phone mast, the next by the new development opposite Church Road. The B430 should be the most pristine road in Oxfordshire, the amount of work that happens on it. Except it isn't.
