Re-route of footpath opposite junction
Reported via mobile in the Current Roadworks - live information category anonymously at 20:04, Tue 9 November 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Barriers have been put up to re-route the footpath around the street light that is to be worked on. They take up half of the road and are opposite the entrance into Aldous Drive. This makes exiting Aldous drive both difficult and dangerous due to both lanes of traffic needing to use the lane closest to the junction. Pedestrians will also be put at risk due to them being routed onto the road at a harzardous and uncontrolled compromised junction.
