Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Parking on brow of the hill on Hightown Road Banbury no Double yellow lines.On Friday there were 6 cars and 2 vans parked you cannot see what is coming up the road at all so I got half way over the line of parked cars to find a van coming up the road wouldn’t stop just kept coming gave me verbal abuse and hit my car and carried on.This is an every day situation and a major accident waiting to happen,Please can you put Double Yellow Lines Hightown Road.and send the Parking Men up to put Parking Tickets on the cars.Surely it’s Prohibited to park on the Brow of a Hill
