Street Light not working and niw pitch black

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hello. I reported the street light outside my house (No 14 Crabtree Road, Botley OX2 9DT on 6th October as not working (Your reference 00392254). You emailed me to say you aim to fix within 7 working days or perhaps longer if a more complicated fault. On 1st November you e-mailed me to say it has been fixed. It is in fact NOT working still and now a month has passed with it not working. It is a pitch dark part of the hill now and not safe at all for pedestrians/locals. Please can it be assessed again. Thank you
