  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to.

    Please could you specify the light numbers which are not working (can be found on the lamp post) and also which side of the street/s the lights are in need of repair. You can do this by referencing a house number, for example.
