Dangerous barrier

Good afternoon,
Just thought I should make you aware on how the gated part on Pheonix Trail in Thame is very dangerous. From the photo's below you will see the metal post has rotten away leaving this housing open to the elements. If a child falls on that they could be seriously hurt, or even someone just walking along could trip and hurt themselves.
This is situated to the entrance of Stones Close Allotments, at the end of Southern Road.
You will see in the photo of one side of the slowing down barrier, the other barrier that locates in this housing is laid on the grass verge.
