Up and Running board obstructs pavement and view of traffic

The large boards advertising the Up and Running shop are placed in the middle of the pavement creating a physical and visual obstruction. The board masks the view of oncoming traffic when exiting Kennett Road by car. The boards should be placed closer to the shop and off the public footpath.
