Drain is significantly lower than road surface

Recent resurfacing has been poorly done. Drain is dangerously lower as surface has been built higher than drain. It's so low its jolts the car badly and I've seen a cyclists close to falling. Not acceptable needs to be fixed.

I came here to log this too. It's really disappointing after the whole road has just been done that this was left in this way, which is probably worse than it was originally tbh. If you're not able to go around (which you mostly can't due to the heavy traffic flow down this road) cars have to slow to 10-15 mph to avoid severely jolting the near-side wheel as it smashes into the dip, and so you get the cars behind braking hard because they're not anticipating it. Really dangerous.
