2 drain holes on edge of road needed mending

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

2 drain holes on edge of Mill lane (right hand side as you go into village) are subsided, driven over and generally filled with mud. We empty them frequently as we are concerned about the road flooding. They need attention.
