Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
There are numerous potholes and damaged road edges between the bend outside Woodhouse Farm House and the next bend in Digging Lane heading towards Fyfield village. These have been here for many months and repeatedly reported, yet they remain a hazard to all road users. The attached image shows just two at the highlighted location. Please address these before someone is seriously injured on this narrow stretch of road.

I reported this problem about 6 months ago and it was apparently fixed by using the Councils new Dragon Patcher machine. But driving down Digging Lane recently I notice that the surface is starting to break up again, and we haven't had too many serious frosts yet. There may be more than one reason for this :- 1) The whole surface of Digging Lane is worn out and patching one small area won't cure the problem, it needs completely resurfacing. BTW what's going to happen when 700 new houses are built in the fields at the southern end? 2) The Dragon Patcher isn't all it's cracked up to be. 3) Its operators are inexperienced or badly trained. 4) They were using substandard or inappropriate materials. B for effort (it took 6 months) F for result ( it didn't last a month)
