Follow-up to: ENQ21907073

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 16:31, Tue 26 October 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hello,

I am following up my query for ref: ENQ21907073, as this was closed without an opportunity for me to respond.

I would like to ask these questions in response:

1. What is the obligation for the Council to provide a risk assessment? 2. If a risk assessment has been conducted, I would like to see the results. 3. If a risk assessment has not been conducted, I would like the council to conduct a risk assessment. 4. What is the difference between a junction, and of access?

Fundamentally, this road layout is a risk, and I feel the Council should look into this matter seriously.

I would be most grateful for your considered response on this matter.

  • Thank you for your report. Unfortunately I do not have access to your original report ref ENQ21907073. However, as FixMyStreet is mostly intended as a simple defect reporting system manned by the Council's Highway Maintenance team, please could you send your original query via email to highway.enquiries@oxfordshire.gov.uk so that it can be better forwarded to teams that do not have access to the FMS system if needed.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
