Early morning road works and no workers A420 tubney

Your message I would like to complain about a set of temporary road works set up this morning on Monday 25th Oct. We checked at 6:50 am and all was clear but found ourselves stuck in traffic at 7:20am. Having checked your website and google this morning my wife and I were surprised to see a set of temporary traffic lights just past the speed camera heading towards Oxford. There were no workers, no warning and clearly they were badly synced as there was also no traffic in the opposite direction. Both my wife and I have very important jobs at the John Radcliffe and Churchill Hospital respectively and lives are put at risk due to failure of your systems and common sense.
