The pavement is overgrown and needs cutting back to ensure schoolchildren are not forced to walk closer to the road. It is located in Faringdon Road, Abingdon, on the bridge that crosses the A-34 adjacent to Larkmead School.

Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, by Larkmead School, Faringdon Road, Abingdon, see photos, and appraised the issue that you have identified. This overgrown vegetation, unfortunately, doesn't meet our current, immediate, intervention criteria, so I cannot arrange a quick repair. I have requested it be placed/logged onto the list of Minor Civil - siding out - jobs that will be assessed for inclusion in future programmed works, subject to there being no conflicting works and sufficient funds. We will continue to monitor this site during our routine inspections. I am therefore closing this report.
