Unable to use foot path
Reported via Android in the Pavements category anonymously at 21:02, Friday 22 October 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This was originally reported in August. I have received an unacceptable response today. 3 months later the path is still blocked by an over grown hedge. How can the council say it is not their responsibility to follow this up? The foot path is your responsibility and it cannot be used. Making it very dangerous for pushchair and wheelchair users. This case should not be closed until the footway is passable. A letter may have been sent to the land ower, how and when will this be followed up to ensure the path is clear to use?

This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. The hedge is the responsibility of the land owner, I have sent a 28 day vegetation letter to them requesting they do this work. I will inspect the hedge again the end of November.
