Street light 005 has been embedded in place in such a way that water from the drain pipe to no 12 has no channel along which to flow away from the building with the result that water is now damaging our cellar.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The photograph shows 3 pipes:

1 On the left the drain pipe for Number 11 Castle street. This is "connected" to a metal covered conduit. I say connected because the metal covered conduit is always getting blocked - I unblocked it again today. 2 In the middle the drain pipe for Number 12 Castle Street - we did have an extension piece attached to this pipe and it was pointed towards the metal covered conduit but the arrangement did not work in particular because of course the conduit is constantly getting blocked up. 3 The right pipe (green) is the lighting pole 005 embedded all around in tarmac. We need a solution to enable our water to flow away from the house.
