High hedge affecting light levels

Very high conifer hedge is affecting the efficiency of street light. hedge is outside..the black house OX1 5JX either light number 11 or 13.

This has already been assessed by streetlighting, thats why it needs the hedging cut back to allow light to reach pavement area......

If this is about the street light....as stated before, street lighting have assessed already...Trees team need to attend, to issue cutting notice to resident..
