High hedge affecting light levels

Very high conifer hedge is affecting the efficiency of street light. hedge is outside..the black house OX1 5JX either light number 11 or 13.

  • This has already been assessed by streetlighting, thats why it needs the hedging cut back to allow light to reach pavement area......
