  • Dear Claire,

Thank you for reporting this. Our Site Inspector has spoken to the Developer and reminded them of the importance of keeping the roads clear of mud. He was on site yesterday and the Developer was sweeping all the areas to the entrance to the site and confirmed the road was clean. Please note, the requirement and enforcement of wheel washing facilities for a development is the responsibility of the District Council’s, as they have the powers to enforce planning conditions within the planning permission.

    Kind regards
    Road Agreements Team
