Obscured lighting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lamp post in journaling road is obscured by an over grown tree and this massively impacts the lighting in the alley way walking up from cudderston way through jourdain and into druce way, I have to walk to work at 5:30am and I now have to leave earlier to walk all the way round because I feel it’s too dark to walk up with no street lighting
