Width Restriction Hit and Moved

The concrete width restriction has been hit and moved. The concrete is sitting on the bollard and has pushed it into the gap making it narrow. Wider vehicles cannot go through the gap without hitting the bollard

    Been hit and made worse still. Needs sorting asap
