No lights during night

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

All these lights on a dangerous corner are not working apart from one. This is very dangerous at night and even worse during the latest foggy weather we’ve been having at night. There has already been a crash because of this, turn them back on before someone gets killed.
