Temporary traffic lights seem to have timing wrong

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

I have driven across the airfield several times in the last week and although no queue each time, the lights appear to be green each end so it causes a problem and could cause an accident. Last night I did have to drive extremely slowly through the lights as there were 3 deer on the road but even so the lights seemed to change very quickly and of course the driver the other end was very cross (blasted the horn) because I assume they thought I'd jumped the lights. Apparently others have had the same issues here. Please report to Highways tor whoever is responsible. Many thanks
