Brambles encroaching over most of footpath/cycleway
Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 10:35, Wednesday 13 October 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
On the east side of the Duke's Cut bridge on the north side of the A40, there is a huge overgrowth of brambles onto the footpath. It's virtually impossible to have two cycles/cycle and pedestrian pass at this point now.
Please can it all be prunded back properly to the correct side of the armco barriers??

Thank you for your report. Our Highways Officer has already programmed in a cut back of the overhanging vegetation on both sides of this bridge. Unfortunately we do not have an exact date for these works at present but we will be attending as soon as possible.
