Street light not illuminating

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The street light at the bottom of the cul de sac outside 24 Pound Lane does not illuminate anything. It glows a red/ orange colour but is not fit for purpose. It is total pitch black darkness at the end of cul de sac. Please replace bulb as soon as possible
