New bulb last week - too bright like a floodlight

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The street lights are very bright in our estate and are typically outside bedroom windows. They are supposed to be off from 12.30am -5.30 but they can still be on at 2 am and are way too bright. The main road of the village is in darkness but we seem to be lit up Please can we turn them down and off earlier. Worst is outside No 18 and then on the footpath between 10 &11
