Lack of road drainage - road debris flooding our driveway

We are really struggling with poor drainage on White Lane which results in a large amount of debris coming down the hill into our driveway. Our drainage at the bottom of the driveway works but there is no drainage between the driveway and the road so we end up with a huge amount of mud etc. all over our driveway.

    The problem is still unresolved and is getting worse. Attaching a picture to show that the solution is very simple and easy. If I could please get some movement on this, as this has become extremely distressing for me.
